Ramsey Firefighters Respond to Vehicle in Creek Along Route 17

RAMSEY, NJ - On June 23rd, the Ramsey Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle crash on Route 17 South after a vehicle left the roadway and came to rest in a creek. Upon arrival, firefighters found that the driver had already been removed from the vehicle. A heavy-duty wrecker was brought in to recover the vehicle from the creek. Emergency crews remained on scene while the recovery operation was completed, and the roadway was cleared after approximately 90 minutes.
