Huntington Station N.Y.- On Saturday June 19th Suffolk County 9-1-1 received a call for a vehicle Vs Pedestrian in front of Checkers located at New York Ave & West 13th St at about 1:44 PM. Suffolk County Police as well as the Huntington Community First aid squad were dispatched to the scene. On arrival of Ambulance 2-15-17 & First Responder 2-15-82 they confirmed they had a pedestrian struck in the parking lot of Checkers. The Responder and Ambulance crew quickly went to work assessing the patient and prepping them for transport. The patient was taken to a local hospital with Non- Life-Threatening Injuries.
