Tampa, FL - Hillsborough County Fire Rescue crews responded to a residential structure fire on Blossom Avenue after multiple 911 calls reported heavy smoke and flames coming from a single-story home.

Firefighters arrived to find significant fire conditions and initially initiated an interior attack while conducting searches of the residence. As conditions deteriorated, crews transitioned to a defensive operation, using an aerial apparatus to bring the remaining fire under control.

The fire was extinguished in under an hour. Officials confirmed no occupants were found inside the home, and no injuries were reported to civilians or first responders. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
