West Greenwich, RI - Emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 3, where firefighters worked to extricate one patient trapped inside a vehicle.

West Greenwich Volunteer Fire Company personnel responded alongside local EMS and police units. Mutual aid rescue crews from Coventry and Exeter also assisted at the scene, providing additional support during the incident.

The patient was removed from the vehicle and turned over to emergency medical personnel for further care.
