Hernando, FL - Hernando County Fire Rescue Engine 12 responded to a vehicle fire on Cortez Blvd near the entrance to Oak Hill Hospital. Crews quickly brought the fire under control, containing it to the engine compartment.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was determined to be mechanical in nature.
