Freeport Fire-EMS Responds to Trail Distress Activation

In order to support the South Buffalo Volunteer Fire Department, Freeport Fire-EMS personnel responded to an iPhone distress activation near the Butler-Freeport Community Trail at 5:48 p.m. on June 1.
According to officials, Medic 74 responded fully staffed, while Utility 70 responded with four people. In order to examine the emergency activation and offer aid in the trail area, crews collaborated with several agencies.
The Southern Armstrong Regional Police Department, South Buffalo Township Police Department, Harrison Hills Volunteer Fire Company No. 4, and WKFD Station 240 were among the other responding organizations.
