On Saturday, June 1st, the Bayville Fire Company hosted a wet down ceremony for Engine 501 & Engine 503. The wet down took place at Centre Island Beach located at 466 Bayville Ave. in Bayville. Engine 501 and Engine 503 is a 2023 Spartan Metro Star Engine 1500gpm/750gal. Glenwood Fire Company, Locust Valley Fire Department and Atlantic Steamer Fire Company were in attendance.
