Mutual Aid Assisted at Bernville Borough Crash Scene

BERNVILLE, PA — May 23rd — Rescue 29 and Engine 29 of the Bernville Community Fire Company were sent to the site of an early-morning car accident in Bernville Borough. When workers arrived, they discovered one person stuck inside a car and started the extrication process. While EMS professionals administered medical care, firefighters attempted to safely remove the patient.


While EMS personnel from Stations 650, 670, and 689 supported patient care and transportation, mutual aid units from Stations 30 and 50 helped with rescue operations. The event made clear how crucial it is for fire, rescue, and emergency medical services to work together to respond to car entrapment situations.
