Quick Interior Attack Stops House Fire in Dover

DOVER, NH - On May 22nd, firefighters from the Dover Fire Department responded to a reported house fire. On arrival, crews discovered that the two-story house was in smoke and quickly set up handlines for an interior attack. While additional personnel assisted with operations outside, firefighters inspected the building, looked for fire extensions, and ventilated. After the fire was contained, firefighters stayed on scene to finish overhaul operations and make sure there were no hot spots left.
