DOVER, N.H. — May 22nd — After responding to a residential structure fire, firefighters from the Department of Dover Professional Fire Officers L-2909 fought all night to put it out. When arriving crews discovered that the two-story house was in smoke, they promptly set up handlines for an interior assault. While more personnel assisted with operations outside, firefighters inspected the building, looked for fire extensions, and ventilated the facility.

Equipment and hose lines were placed throughout the property, and photographs from the scene showed workers working from multiple sides of the house. After the fire was contained, firefighters stayed on the scene to finish overhaul operations and make sure there were no hot spots left.
