Charlestown Fire Department Thanks Mutual Aid Partners

CHARLESTOWN, N.H. — May 26th — After responding to three structure fires in eight days, the Charlestown Fire Department acknowledged regional mutual aid partners. The department, which is based at 1 Main Street in Charlestown, claimed that during the occurrences, nearby fire and EMS departments supplied personnel, equipment support, water supply operations, rehabilitation services, and dispatch coordination. Throughout the reactions, departments from Vermont and New Hampshire provided assistance, demonstrating the value of mutual aid collaborations in rural disaster operations.


In order to manage prolonged crises and sustain manpower coverage during several emergencies, fire departments around New England frequently rely on regional collaboration. The Charlestown Fire Department expressed gratitude to dispatch staff, EMS teams, and other supporting agencies for their ongoing assistance.
