EAST FARMINGDALE, NY - During a hectic day of operations on April 24th, members of the East Farmingdale Volunteer Fire Company responded to numerous emergencies. According to officials, the day started with a mutual aid response to a working house fire with North Babylon Volunteer Fire Company. Later, crews handled many rescue calls throughout the district, including a cardiac arrest episode, in addition to responding to a brush fire.
