Roanoke, VA - Roanoke Fire and EMS swift water rescue team was dispatched on May 20th at 9:20 P.M. for a person trapped in a vehicle in water. Rescue crews arrived at Bennington St. and Pike Lane and discovered a person trapped in a vehicle in flooded waters. The occupant was safely rescued and no injuries were reported.
