EAST OTTO, NY - When a vehicle fire involving a truck carrying a trailer was reported on May 7th, firefighters from the East Otto Fire Company rushed to Snake Run Road. When crews arrived, they discovered that the car was on fire and promptly used suppression lines to confine the situation and stop the flames from spreading. Firefighters stayed on the scene to finish extinguishment procedures and check the trailer and truck for extensions. No injuries were reported.
