LOCK HAVEN, PA — April 29th — At a working building fire, a team from Citizens Hose Company No. 5 arrived to help the Howard Fire Company. While mutual aid organizations collaborated to manage the situation, crews helped with overhaul, support operations, and fire suppression.

During large catastrophes like working fires, Clinton and Centre County departments frequently respond to each other by providing extra personnel and equipment as needed. While coordinated coverage assignments assisted in maintaining emergency protection for other areas during the incident, firefighters stayed on the scene until operations were finished.
