EAST PUTNAM, CT - The East Putnam Fire Department, Putnam EMS, a QV Medic unit, and the Connecticut State Police responded to a single-vehicle rollover incident on Park Road at around 6:01 p.m. on April 19th.

When firefighters arrived, they discovered a severely damaged car lying on a fire hydrant, with the driver still inside but uninjured. After the driver's injuries were deemed non-life-threatening, Putnam EMS transported him to UMass Memorial Medical Center.
