Fully involved RV

On May 6th, PCFD was receiving calls for a fully involved RV fire on Lynway. While companies were responding a large loom up of black smoke was visible from a distance. The area of the fire does not have any hydrants so tankers were responding with the full alarm assignment. The RV sat well off the main road and next to a dwelling. The first due Engine made it's way in and a line went into operation to knock down the heavy fire from the RV. A supply line was laid to to the main road to assist with getting water. The fire was getting up to the tops of the tress nearby and a 2nd line was used. Firefighters were able to knock down the fire and overhaul within an hour.
