On April 13 and 14, the Allamuchy Fire Department dealt with a number of occurrences.

Crews arrived to the Interstate 80 eastbound on-ramp at 8:42 a.m. on April 13 in response to a car that had veered off the road and collided with a tree. When Assistant 91 and Heavy Rescue 91-75 arrived, the driver was unharmed. Up until about ten in the morning, firefighters controlled traffic.

Crews arrived at Meadowlark Lane at 6 p.m. on April 14 in response to a reported building fire. Assistant 91 discovered that the homeowner had mostly put out a minor fire on the back porch. Engine 91-61 verified extinguishment, stretched a handline, and looked for extension.

Later that evening at 9:45 p.m., crews responded to Route 517 and Bald Eagle Drive for a rollover crash with entrapment. Chief 91 confirmed the driver was not injured but unable to exit. Firefighters removed the windshield to assist the driver safely from the vehicle before handling traffic control operations.
