Mutual Aid Assisted at Bayville Fire Scene

Bayville, NJ — April 10th — A reported structure fire on Anchorage Boulevard prompted the Bayville Volunteer Fire Department, located at 645 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ, USA, 08721. When Captain 1720 arrived, he upped the assignment and verified that the fire was operational. Command was formed by Assistant Chief 1710. Crews advanced handlines for an interior attack while dealing with intense smoke and fire.


Extension inspections, ventilation, and primary searches were finished. Mutual aid organizations provided manpower and overhaul operations to Bayville Volunteer Fire Department units. Other organizations helped with scene safety, medical assistance, and coordination. There were no reported injuries when the fire was put out. The cause is still being looked into.
