On April 4th at 1:20 pm the Lower Macungie Fire Department and Quint 25 from the Upper Macungie Fire Department and Macungie EMS were dispatched for a commerical structure fire at Edible Arrangements at 6379 Hamilton Blvd. in Lower Macungie Township. Crews arrived on the scene and the fire alarm was sounding and the store was evacuated, There was a small fire that was extinguished in the electrical box for one of the hvac units in the rear of store, A hvac service person was on the scene and PP&L Power company was called to the scene.
