SELDEN, NY - On Monday, May 3rd, witnesses say a woman was texting while driving when she struck a parked car which caused her minivan to flip onto its side, trapping her. The driver was removed from the car by firefighters and treated by EMS personnel from Selden FD. The female was than transported with minor injuries to a local hospital. The owner of the parked car was standing at the front door of his home and watched the accident happen.
