GALES FERRY, CT — April 5th — The Gales Ferry Volunteer Fire Company, along with Ledyard companies and mutual aid partners, responded to an active brush fire off Friar Tuck Drive.
In an outdoor setting, crews coordinated suppression efforts and deployed handlines in an effort to limit the fire.
