Audubon, NJ - At approximately 6:50 p.m. on April 23, 2026, Taskforce 18 was dispatched to the unit block of Beechwood Avenue following reports of a dwelling fire. Upon arrival, Chief 18 observed heavy fire conditions at the rear of the residence and immediately established command.

Taskforce 18 crews initiated an aggressive fire attack to contain the blaze. Quint 1 also responded to the scene and assisted with fire suppression efforts, as well as ventilation, overhaul, and opening up operations to ensure the fire was fully extinguished and no hidden hotspots remained.

The incident was brought under control through the coordinated efforts of responding fire personnel, preventing further damage to the structure and surrounding properties.
