Littleton, NH - Littleton Fire Rescue responded on a mutual aid assignment to assist the St. Johnsbury Fire Department at a reported building fire on Portland Street.

With one ambulance already tied up on a separate medical call, remaining on-duty personnel, along with off-duty and call firefighters, staffed and responded with available apparatus.

Upon arrival, crews encountered a two-story garage with multiple access points at different grade levels. Firefighters from St. Johnsbury had already made significant progress, bringing the fire under control quickly and preventing further extension.

No injuries were reported. Littleton units assisted as needed before clearing the scene and returning to service.
