LOWER MACUNGIE TWP., PA - On April 24th at 8:45 a.m., the Lower Macungie Fire Department and the Upper Macungie Fire Department were dispatched for a dwelling fire at 1111 Pine Grove Circle in Lower Macungie Township. While responding, the units were advised that the caller said there was a fire in the kitchen. A Macungie EMS unit arrived on scene and had light smoke showing, Engine 80 arrived shortly afterwards, advanced a hose line to the kitchen where they discovered a small fire in the kitchen and extinguished it. Crews checked for extension and completed ventilation before clearing.
