On April 24th at 8:45 am the Lower Macungie Fire Department and the Upper macungie Fire Department were dispatched for a dwelling fire at 1111 Pine Grove Circle In Lower Macungie Township. While responding the units were advised that the caller said there was a fire in the kitchen. A Macungie EMS unit arrived on the scene and had light smoke showing, Engine 80 Arrived shortly afterwards and Advanced a hose line to the kitchen and had a small fire in the kitchen and extinguished it. Crews checked for extension and did ventilation.
