Queens Box 5-5- 75090- for a Fifth Alarm involving Astoria’s First Reformed Church formed in 1839. The Box was transmitted at 1851 and successive alarms were quickly transmitted. At 2026 and additional alarm was transmitted for a six alarm response along with numerous special calls. One firefighter was injured in a collapse and was transported to Elmhurst Hospital Trauma Center.  No other details were available, and the cause of the fire will be investigated .
