MILLIS, MA — April 11th — Engine 1 and Ambulance 1 were sent to Medway by the Millis Fire Department as part of a mutual assistance response to a reported car accident. When Medway units arrived, they discovered that at least one car was involved and that the occupants needed to be evaluated. Millis teams assisted EMS, provided patient care, and contributed to scene security. While keeping traffic under control, firefighters inspected cars for potential dangers, such as fluid leaks and battery issues.

The response is a reflection of Millis and Medway's continued mutual aid collaboration, which helps guarantee sufficient personnel and resources on emergency scenes. To control the situation and get everything back to normal, crews collaborated. Once the situation was under control and the road was deemed safe, all units were cleared.
