Multi-Agency Effort Frees Trapped Driver in Route 101 Crash

Epping, NH - Epping Fire & Rescue responded to a serious motor vehicle accident on Route 101 westbound near Exit 6, where a vehicle had left the roadway and crashed into the woods, trapping the driver inside.


Before crews arrived, passing first responders and a doctor stopped to provide immediate assistance, helping stabilize the patient. Upon arrival, firefighters worked alongside Raymond Fire to extricate the driver and carry them out from the wooded area.


Epping Police played a key role in supporting the incident and relaying critical patient information, while the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office provided additional assistance on scene. The coordinated efforts of all agencies ensured a swift and effective rescue operation.
