Lee, ME - Lee Fire Rescue responded to the area of Lee Road and Thomas Hill Road for a tree burning on power lines.

Crews secured the scene and reduced the roadway to one lane until the power company arrived to safely remove the tree from the lines.

Firefighters then cut down the remaining portion of the tree and extinguished the fire. During the incident, the department’s ambulance also responded to a separate emergency, highlighting the demand for simultaneous response operations.
