WEBSTER, NH — March 18th — In response to a reported structure fire at the town highway garage, the Webster Fire Department provided mutual help to Warner. Engine 2 arrived to support the Warner Fire Department along with a chief officer and two interior firefighters. In order to sustain suppression efforts, Webster personnel were tasked with attacking the inside fire and assisting with water delivery operations.

Due to equipment, fuel storage, and access issues, fires involving municipal buildings, like highway garages, frequently call for more personnel. To manage the situation, mutual aid agencies collaborated under a single command structure. There were no reported injuries. After doing their tasks, Webster units cleaned the area and went back into service.
