GARDNER, MA - The Gardner Fire Department was dispatched on March 14th when a car was reported to have crashed into the building of a Burger King restaurant. When Group 3 units arrived, they discovered that one car had collided with the building. In order to ensure that neither the driver nor the people inside the restaurant were hurt, crews guarded the area and looked for injuries. The impact caused moderate damage to the building. The Gardner Police Department is looking into what caused the incident.
