Fairfield, CT - The Fairfield County Regional Dispatch Center received multiple 911 calls reporting a vehicle fire at the Edge Fitness Club on Kings Highway, which quickly spread to involve three vehicles and threatened a nearby structure.

Assistant Chief Eannotti requested additional resources while en route. Upon arrival, he confirmed three vehicles heavily involved, with no extension to the building. Engine 2 initiated an aggressive fire attack, while Rescue 1 assisted with vehicle access and managed hazardous runoff entering a storm drain. Engine 1 established a water supply to support suppression efforts.

The fire was quickly brought under control, with damage limited to the three vehicles. No injuries were reported. CT DEEP responded to assist with environmental containment, and the Fairfield Fire Marshal’s Division is investigating the cause.
