Mutual Aid Crews Contain Structure Fire in Warren County

HOPE, NJ — March 25th — In nearby Allamuchy Township, firefighters from the Hope Volunteer Fire Department's Station 38 Fire responded to a mutual assistance call early in the morning. A reported structural fire prompted the dispatch of units. In an effort to contain the fire before it spread deeper into the building, the first responding crew found it and launched an initial attack. Other teams helped with searches, extension checks, and fire suppression.
The Warren County town of Allamuchy Township uses a mutual help system to transport nearby departments to more serious occurrences. Alongside other responding units, Hope firefighters assisted in suppression operations. After concerted efforts on the site, the fire was contained. There were no reported injuries. Local authorities are still looking into what caused the fire.
