Pascoag Fire Department Manages Multiple Emergencies

This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

Providence, RI - The Pascoag Fire Department recently responded to several incidents across the community, including two structure fires, water-related emergencies, and multiple medical calls. Swift action by department crews, combined with support from mutual aid partners in nearby communities, ensured that each situation was brought under control quickly and safely.

The department extends its gratitude to neighboring fire departments for their prompt assistance and coordination. Residents are reminded to leave hazardous situations—such as fires or other emergencies—to trained personnel, as attempting to intervene without proper equipment or training can be extremely dangerous and may complicate emergency operations.

Thanks to the professionalism and preparedness of responding crews, all incidents were resolved without major injuries. The department encourages the community to call 911, maintain a safe distance, and allow emergency responders to do the work they are trained to do, ensuring safety for both residents and firefighters.
