Two-Vehicle Crash on Acadia Highway Leaves One Injured

Orland, ME - Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash on Acadia Highway in front of Outback Towing at approximately 1:52 p.m on 03 April 2026. Eight personnel from the Orland Fire Department arrived on scene with Engine 512, Rescue 581, and additional responders in personal vehicles to provide assistance.


One driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported by Bucksport EMS. Traffic was reduced to one alternating lane for the duration of the response. A unit from the Maine State Police also arrived to investigate the incident. All emergency units cleared the scene by 2:37 p.m. The call was logged as Call 33.
