Greenfield, MA - The department responded to assist the Turners Falls Fire Department at a four-alarm structure fire in Millers Falls. Engine 3 was assigned to interior operations, advancing hose lines throughout the building and searching for hidden fire within the large structure.

Ladder 1, responding with a full crew of firefighters on callback, was deployed to the roof. Working alongside the Orange Fire Department, the crew completed vertical ventilation to help release heat and smoke from the building.

The department expressed appreciation for the strong automatic-aid partnership with Turners Falls, noting that coordinated efforts like this are vital to managing large-scale incidents effectively.
