West Greenwich, RI - Members of Lake Mishnock Fire/Rescue conducted several hours of training at a recently acquired structure scheduled for demolition. Crews practiced key operational skills including advancing hose lines through a building, hydraulic ventilation, VES (Vent, Enter, Search), and forcible entry techniques.
Personnel involved in driver training also had the opportunity to operate the fire pump, providing valuable hands-on experience in apparatus operations.
Training of this nature helps ensure members remain proficient, prepared, and ready to respond effectively when called upon to serve the community.
