NEWBURGH, NY - Winona Lake FD and Orange Lake FD responded to a two-vehicle MVA with injuries at State Route 300, in front of Walmart, on March 30th. Town of Newburgh Police and EMS were at the scene as well. One driver was transported to Montefiore-St. Luke's Hospital by Town of Newburgh EMS. Firefighters disconnected batteries and spread speedy dry on fluids on the roadway. Southbound traffic was directed into the Walmart parking lot. New York State Police assisted with traffic control. Town of Newburgh Police Officers are investigating the cause.
