SOMERVILLE, MA - On March 18th, Somerville Fire Alarm dispatched companies to a reported fire on Walker Street. First due crews reported heavy fire in the rear of a two-and-a-half story building and requested a second-alarm; a third-alarm was struck moments later by the IC. Mutual aid from around the Metro Boston area responded to the scene. Two additional ladders were called later on in the incident.
