Mont Vernon Fire Dept responded to a reported house fire on Spring Hill Rd on 3/22/23.  Companies enroute were informed by the PD that there was a room and contents fire on floor 1.  A working fire was struck bringing mutual aid to the scene and to cover.  Milford FD arrived on scene and stretched 1 handline and had the fire knocked down in a short amount of time.  Mont Vernon and Milford companies remained on scene checking for extension and overhauling.
