Beverly, NJ - On 20th March 2026 in the afternoon, shortly after returning from a brush fire in Delanco, emergency crews were dispatched to the 1000 block of Mt. Holly Road following reports of a structure fire with possible victims trapped inside.

Chief 1200 was the first to arrive on scene and confirmed heavy fire conditions on the alpha side of the building. Engine companies 1222, 1112 (Delanco), 1612 (Willingboro), along with Ladder 7015 (Riverside), arrived moments later and immediately initiated fire suppression operations.

Due to the intensity of the fire and deteriorating structural conditions, all crews were ordered to evacuate the building for safety. Additional units and specialized support were requested to assist with manpower and apparatus needs.

Fortunately, no injuries have been reported. After the fire was brought under control, crews remained on scene until a demolition team arrived to dismantle and secure the remaining structure.

Officials expressed their appreciation to all mutual aid partners who contributed both on and off the scene.
