Bantam, CT - In the early hours of February 27, 2025, Bantam Fire Department was dispatched at 1:00 a.m. to assist the Washington Volunteer Fire Department and Northville Fire Department with a garage fire.

Upon arrival, Engine 35 found that Washington firefighters had already knocked down the flames, preventing the fire from spreading to the nearby house. Bantam crews aided in suppression and overhaul operations.

Tanker 33 supplied 2,500 gallons of water to Washington Engine 6, while Rescue 38 provided additional personnel on scene.

All responding units were released and returned to service at 2:37 a.m.
