BALDWIN, NY - The Baldwin Fire Department responded to a working structure fire on March 6th at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Eastern Boulevard. On arrival, firefighters set up a water supply, deployed hose lines, and started suppression operations. While making sure the nearby residences were secure, crews tried to contain the fire and check the building for an extension.
