POTSDAM, NY — March 21st — At 10:30 a.m., firefighters from the Potsdam Fire Department responded to a reported two-car motor vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 11, near Walmart.

Crews arrived to find one vehicle off the road and another disabled in the travel lane. Firefighters stabilized the vehicles and controlled traffic, while the Potsdam Rescue Squad handled patient treatment.

Rescue 14 and Rescue 30 responded to the location. Firefighters remained on the scene until the vehicles were secured and the road was free. Potsdam Fire Department units returned to service around 12:23 p.m.
