GULF BREEZE, FL - On March 17th, Midway Fire District's Anthony Kolokouris was promoted to the rank of Captain. His wife, Shelby, proudly pinned his new badge as his family watched. Chief Shannon Stone praised Captain Kolokouris for his dedication and hard work in earning this position. Captain Kolokouris joined the district in December 2016, and was promoted to Lieutenant/Driver in 2021. He brings a strong work ethic and serves as a mentor to the district’s newest firefighters, helping to shape the future of the department.
