At 7:36 a.m. on February 21, the Broadalbin-Kennyetto Fire Company responded to a reported vehicle fire on Susan Lane in the Town of Mayfield.

Firefighters were dispatched to the scene after receiving reports of a vehicle on fire around 50 feet from a residential dwelling. Crews sought to contain the fire and keep it from spreading to the house or neighboring land.

The Perth Volunteer Fire Company was activated to give mutual aid. The Fulton County Emergency Management Office and local law enforcement agencies also provided assistance.
