Fall River, Ma. Around 5:20 pm on Friday March 6th. Firefighters responded to 64 Fountain Street following numerous 911 calls reporting smoke and fire in the area. Engine 2 reported heavy smoke on approach. Engine companies initiated an aggressive interior attack, while the ladder crews went to the roof for vertical ventilation. Fire investigators believe the fire was accidental and no injuries were reported.
