Penns Creek Fire Dept. responds to Morning Shed and House Fires

Penns Creek, PA - On 1st March 2026 at 5:37 a.m., the Penns Creek Fire Dept. (PCFD) and mutual aid departments were dispatched to the 10200 block of Route 304 for a reported shed fire. Chief 402 arrived on scene and confirmed a working fire, holding the box to Company 4, Company 3, and Tanker 110. Engine 110 was placed in service prior to arrival. A total of 14 Company 110 volunteers responded to the incident.


Later, at 10:03 a.m., the PCFD was dispatched to the 100 block of Sawmill Road for a house fire. Engine 110 arrived on scene and placed one handline in service to assist Company 10 with fire suppression efforts. Tanker 110 supplied Engine 110 with water. Units operated on scene for approximately one and a half hours before returning to service. Seven Company 110 volunteers responded to the call.
