Massive Three-Alarm Fire Destroys New Boston Home

NEW BOSTON, NH - A "5,444 square" home was completely destroyed by fire at 106 Foxberry Drive Saturday evening, February 21st, around 5:40 p.m. First due firefighters arrived to fire through the roof.


The 3-Alarm fire brought in fire departments from 14 area towns, including the city of Manchester's Tower 1, Engine 10, the Air Unit and a Battalion Chief. Firefighters battled freezing temperatures, two-feet of snow, and a long narrow driveway. One firefighter was transported and later released with minor injuries.


The cause of the fire is under investigation.
